My Testimony

Have you ever asked the Lord for something, like a brand new car
or a iPad? Well i have. I have wished for a lot of things especially when i was
younger, I would always ask for PUPPY. (Then my father would say "No
More Puppies Please ") But this year was different, when ever i told my
mom what i asked for and wondered if i would get it, she would always say
PRAY.

Sometime in February, i had a camp for school and all my friends would be
there and there would be so much activities to do etc. But on the same day,
it happened to be a very important day for my dad because he would be
having a meeting. And i really wanted to go to that camp. Then I remembered
what my mom always told me when i wanted something to PRAY. So that night
i prayed, and every time i would wake up in the middle of the night i would pray,
even in school i was beginning to pray more often.

Days passed I kept on praying, then more days passed. I was beginning to think
that maybe somehow God didn't hear me. But when i told this to my mom, she
would just say you PRAY. (and in my head i was like "gosh i am praying already!")
But then i thought about what i thought and said "NO Isabel you keep on praying
that's the evil one saying that to you". And right after my mom says "You know
this might be a test of your faith". So i kept on praying (harder then before)!!!

And on the day before the camp i asked my dad if he would be willing to drive
me 2hours then later 2 hours back!!! (but right when you ask your father to
do something like that you wouldn't expect there to be a YES in it). But this
time was different he'd actually said YES! And when we were planning what
to do, he was planned already! And I was so happy to hear this good news
And the thing that i kept on remembering was that the lord did this for me
He gave what i asked from him because i stayed faithful in him and in prayer.

So if you want to ask something from the lord you PRAY and have FAITH!

Beach Time B-)

A few days ago my family + my cousin Josh and his dad Uncle Luigi and our very cool Lolo Benny went to the beach. Well that's not all, we had guests! My Brother's and kuya Josh's old CLASSMATES!!!!

On the first day my family + Kevin (classmate/friend) (without kuya josh and uncle Luigi) traveled from Manila to Batanggas. A long 2 hr. trip (about half way your butt will hurts :(( ). When we arrived we first set up the house for the guests (and us). You see there's 2 cars..... one with kuya josh and their classmates and one with us and Kevin :)).


Well after dinner that day,we(my brother, Kevin and I) waited for the other car to arrive.While waiting we decided to watch movies on Star Movies. The movie showing was called Step Up: 2 the streets. When watching the movie we were like AWESOME! HOW DO THEY DO THOSE TRICKS!!!!. When the movie was done, we were talking about the movie and how they could dance like that. After that we spent maybe half an hour looking for signal on our cellphones :)) . At about 11 pm, the other car finally arrived!!! Then talking-talking then sleep.


Well we stayed there for 3 days! this is the first day. ill tell you guys the 2 day some other time :D see ya'll

Devotional 4

- As for me and my household,we will serve the LORD. - Joshua 24:15

In our family we use this verse a lot too. In our house you would see this verse a lot,
because i think this verse is like another sign of service (or something?) because
its like what ever you have in life either its your house etc. you should at least us
those things to serve the Lord, no matter what.

SURPRIZE!!!!

Today I went with my parents to help them in buying furniture for their condo. When we stopped in Ortigas, Wilcon we bought a few things then ate lunch in Next Door Chinese Restaurant. After lunch I tried to call my friend Dani, to see if I could go to her house since we were near. It took about 15 - 20 minutes to confirm that I was allowed to go. So right now I am in her house.

SO SURPRIZE DANI!!!!!

Devotional 3

- Psalm 91

A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.

When we were in Baguio, the start of the day my dad would let us say this prayer, then reflect on it. So each one of us would say our thanks to the lord.

When we were doing this I realized that this verse
is also very important because it means that
what ever may happen God will always protect
you from the evil in the world. So that's what I
think about this bible verse. What do you
think of it???

Devotional 2

Bless the lord, O my soul, and all that is within me!

Bless the Lord, O my soul; and forget not all his

Benefits; who forgives all our iniquities, who

Heals all your diseases, who redeems your life

From the destruction who crowns you with loving

Kindness and tender mercies who satisfies your

Mouth with good things so that your youth is

Renewed like the eagle’s

This psalm is very important to me and my family

when I had asthma we would struggle with medication

and we would always end up confined in the hospital,

and when it was exams in school I would have to take

them in the hospital. But when my dad and mom bought

a CD that plays christian music, we heard this song

using Psalm 103. My mom very inspired by the song

printed it out and put it on top of the bed, and every

time i didn't feel so well we would say that prayer

infant we would say it every day! And from saying

every day I was healed from my asthma!
Amen!

Devotional

River Running Dry – Devotional
Have you ever felt every time you opened the Bible you learned something new?
Does it seem lately that the river’s run dry? If so, I strongly suggest that you think back to the last
time God gave you something new. Back up and see if you did what God showed you to do. If you
didn’t, dig into that word again and put it into action.
You see, more I act on what the Bible says, the more I see in it. That’s why James 1:22
tells use to not only listen to God’s Word but do what it says!
It may seem that the things God has shown you are very minor. But do them anyway!
He may have prompted you to give some encouragement to a friend at school. He may have asked
you to spend just five more minutes a day in prayer. Those may not seem like life –changing things, but
if you could see what God see’s, You’d see how important they really are.
Act on God’s Word today – don’t just listen to it...and your river will never run dry.
“Do not merely listen to the word, and deceive yourselves. Do what it says.” – James 1:22

I myself need to apply this in my life to ACT AND NOT JUST LISTEN!
Start with little things that will contribute to this verse
And see the change in your life!

Story Telling 2

Today I read the book NEGOSYO, and read the story about Cynthia Villiar.and learned that she
and husband Manny Villiar started their business very small. Their business started as distributing gravel and sand. And from there their business grew stronger and stronger.

So what I learned was

- To never give up
- Always have faith in lord
- Work Hard
- Be Creative
- keep your eyes open for more opportunities

Video Games?!

This Mother's Day my dad got my mom an Wii. After dinner on the day we got it, we played with it and wanted to find out our Wii fitness Age. All of use found out and after we did we kept on laughing because all our ages were so far from our real age!!! But we all enjoyed it very much but I think a little too much, because our arms were painful the next day!!! :)) =)) GO Wii

Story Telling

Today i was Assigned to write a blog about the people who run Sebastian's Ice Cream. So their story begins with 2 friends who their names are Vito Lazatin and Tony Bondoc. In 2005 the two joined together and named their business Sebastian's Ice Cream.

Together they first sold their products as additions to the desserts menus of restaurants, eventually only one restaurant took them up on the offer. But not wanting to waste what they believed was a good product, they decided to put up their own outlet. In May 2006, they opened their first Ice Cream station in Alabang Town Center. On the stores first day, the sales were high enough for them to split. And in 2007 they opened their second branch in Podium Mall, where the products was equally well-received.

So that's their story! And what I learned was when you see an opportunity don't be scared and just go for it cuz you even know when that opportunity will lead to good and better thing then you expected.
